3. Steel Metallurgy & Anti-Oxidation R&D Shields
304 Grade Food & Hygiene Standard (Recommended)
Low-cost, low-quality alloys (201, 216, 403 etc.) that do not meet food hygiene standards and rot in a short time are strictly never used in AmadaTECH products. 304 Grade is the main hygiene standard with high corrosion resistance for restaurants and villas.
316 Grade Marine & Acid Resistant Premium Version
If the installation location is exposed to sea water, salt, high humidity, or is very close to the shoreline (Ships, Yachts, Coastal Villas), top-tier nickel alloy 316 Grade Stainless Steel which reduces oxidation to zero should be preferred.
✓ Non-Welded Smart Modular Bolted Chassis Technology
In food kitchens and luxury yachts, welded manufacturing is strictly a red line. Ordinary welded profiles oxidize internally in humid environments, rust, break over time, and create bacterial breeding grounds for microorganisms. AmadaTECH structural towers and chassis are assembled using high-strength Hygienic Galvanized Sheet Metal milimetrically bent on CNC machines combined with bolted modular engineering calculations. Welding is strictly never used in the project.
